Shipping policy
Freight Forwarding Policy:
We are only responsible for delivering orders to the exact shipping address provided at checkout. If a customer uses a freight forwarding service, package forwarding company, mail forwarding address, or third-party shipping hub, our responsibility ends once the package is marked as delivered to the address listed on the order.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed to the forwarding address. Any issues that occur after delivery must be handled directly with the freight forwarding company or carrier used by the customer.
By placing an order using a forwarding service, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the package once it arrives at the listed delivery address.
