Return Policy
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy helps protect the integrity of sealed products and collectibles.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at Catchemallcentral25@gmail.com with your order number and photos/details of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order cancellations requested before shipment may be approved, but will be subject to a 6% cancellation/restocking fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or damage caused during transit, but we will do our best to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
